Table Maven(s): food buffet tables, beverage table, and dessert table set up: (men will actually put tables up in their respective places), and see to it that these supplies are replenished as needed.

Kitchen Food Prep Maven(s)
Kitchen Food Prep Mavens: An announcement will be made, asking and reminding people to bring already-plated food so there should be no prep, per se, other than putting food on carts, transporting downstairs, and setting out on table. We usually need four people.

Beverage Maven: hot water, coffee, lemonade – all of which would need to be made early and then brought down; cups, creamer, napkins, sugar, ice if needed

Food Clean up Mavens/Mensches- Commons
Clean-Up Mavens/Mensches: use trash bag to go around and collect trash off big round tables we will have used for dinner, clear food off buffet tables and dessert table, set out plastic bags so people will have something to take their dirty dishes home in. Wipe down surfaces of buffet, dessert, or round tables.

Kitchen Food Clean up Mavens/Mensches
Upstairs Clean Up Mavens/Mensches: package leftovers when necessary, wash the few dishes that might have been used from CYT dishes. They will also clean counters, sweep and mop floor, turn off oven and lights.
(Attendees will be expected to bag and take their dishes home straight from the buffet line)
